A Day in Sam's Life
Sam starts/begins/wakes up his day at eight. He quickly/briskly/slowly prepares for the day and makes/eats/prepares a quick morning meal. After breakfast, Sam heads/goes/rushes to work. His job is designing websites, which he really likes.
During his break, Sam chats with colleagues. When his workday comes to an end, he goes to the gym/plays basketball/watches TV for a while. In the evening, Sam has supper and spends time with his family or friends. Before bed, he brushes his teeth. Finally, Sam goes to bed at around midnight.

Sam and the Lost Treasure

He grabbed his/packed his/assembled his backpack/tools/supplies and set off on an exciting/dangerous/unexpected adventure to find the lost treasure/fortune/prize.
Steve Learns a Lesson
Sam was/had been/went a pretty careless/reckless/thoughtless kid. He often ignored/disregarded/failed to listen his/her/their parents' advice/instructions/warnings. One day, Sam decided/chose/wanted to climb/scale/go up the tallest/biggest/highest tree in the yard/garden/park. He didn't/couldn't/wasn't able to see/realize/understand the danger/risk/peril he was in. As he reached/got to/climbed up to the top, the branch/limb/twig broke/snapped/fell. Sam plummeted/fell/crashed to the ground with a loud/sharp/painful thud/sound/crash.
- Fortunately/By chance, Sam wasn't/didn't get/sustained any serious/major/critical injuries.
- But, he learned a valuable lesson/teaching/truth: always listen/heed/pay attention to guidance/advice/warnings from trusted/reliable/responsible people.
From/After/That day on, Sam became much more cautious/careful/thoughtful. He understood/realized/learned the importance/value/significance of being safe/secure/protected.
Sam's New Friend
Sam was having a little down. He wished to have a new pal to play with. One day, while he was exploring in the woods, he spotted something unusual. It was a little creature with colorful scales. Sam quietly went up to the creature and asked, "Hello! What's your identity?" The creature grinned and replied Sam, "You can call me Lily!" here And so, Sam made a new companion. They spent the rest of the day laughing together.
Sam was so happy to have found a new friend. He knew that he and Lily would be best friends forever.
